SAY """ NO NO NO """ POLITELY.
In simple english, we claim YES or NO.
In machine language, we name O for false(no) and non zero for true(usually 1-YES)
Howsoever, YES brings in the connotation of Optimisticness whereas NO immediately bulbs Pessimisticness .
For instance- A respectable person(say, ur friend) requests or demands you to materialize a task which is beyond your ethics and you are unwilling to do the same. The best paradigm is -One has joined a college and a friend wants you to come for a luncheon party. And you can't join for some reasonable reason. But If u say NO in the first, it might not sound polite and kind enough.
Here, I generate few ways to say NO politely.
1) I AM SORRY BUT I CAN'T- This simple way of apologizing strikes the person kind of gladness that the opposite person has some valid reason.
2) I 'd LOVE TO BUT .. .. .. .. ... .. ... .. .. -By using the word Love, u r showcasing ur pure Affection and Interest.
3) It SOUNDS REALLY GREAT BUT. ... .. .. - It shows that you appreciate his invitation.
4) NEXT TIME/ANOTHER TIME- This one is literally BAAP .🔥🔥🔥. The moment you say THANK YOU AND I M WILLINGN TO JOIN NEXT TIME-it sheerly glares and reflects your intetest, generosity and apology at the same time.
5) I AM BUSY- this is by far the most common phrase which is used by plenty of us. But its better to evade this. But yesss, one can use given that he has got some strong valid rationale.
Just imagine, instead of using I AM BUSY, if u rather resort to the above phrases. Believe me, it doesn't really offend the person who has invited you and considers you an important pillar of your happiness.
