One of the most hard hitting and reasonable reason for unemployment is lack of practical skills which is required in industries.
Learning theory and cracking up exams to get higher marks

Education will achieve its real goal only when one implent it practically.
Internships provides you the platform to learn and implement the theory.
It should and must be made imperative and incumbent right from school level.  Students get summer and winter vacations . In order to make it utilise, one must engage himself in some internships which will succour you to model and mould your future.

- it eventually helps is understanding of any given work in a better manner.
- it helps in understand a sense of practical understanding of your job which will endure throughout your life.

-right from school age, Student will understand
qualities like handwork, honesty and integrity. All these qualities will upgrade and update your knowledge and skills.

- Generally,in internships, people are paid.
But in the initial stages, it's flinty to get paid Internships.
Many pull off themselves or restrict themselves as they are of the mindset that its worthless if they dun get the required sum of money.
Well, NAAAAHHHH. That's not the case .
Internships helps to revamp and  restore your skills.
Wellz  , Internships help in coupling and doubling your skill sets.

From the very school age, students become independent in their life.
Rather than only believing in the principle of walk the talk , Talk on the work and topple your stumbling blocks by converting into building blocks of success.
