#DAY2: YOGA IN RISHIKESH
“Yoga is the
art work of awareness on the canvas of body, mind, and soul.”
Yoga is the
one of the most significant drive ib one’s life.
Yoga is a
Sanskrit word derived from the Sanskrit root “yuj” which means to connect, join
or balance.
It is being
practiced since ancient ages.
Many places
in and around the world organize activity and workshops related to Yoga. Its
one of the most
attracting
and captivating activity for the people to practice.
In
Rishikesh, the workshop of Yoga is conducted which apparently includes series
of asanas, sutras and different activity which makes one active,lively and
energetic.
Yoga is
generally associated with old school world but the yoga workshop in Rishiketh
debunks all these myth. The workshop is conducted in a structured and modern
manner.
UNIQUE FEATURES OF YOGA WORKSHOPIN
RISHIKESH:
The workshop
allows us the room of to live and lead a life of a truly yogic person. It kickstarts in the early morning and gets
wrapped up at evening with the after food asana.
First and
Foremost, the workshop consists of three morning asanas – v.i.z, ANULOBILAM,
KAPALBHARTI, BHASTRIKA. All of these are the breathing execise which apparently
improves the blood flow, pumps one with energy, reduces inflammation and elevates
the digestion system of the human body.
Usually in
the workshops , only the few repeated standard yogas are taught and then
wrapped up. But here, morning breakfast is provided.
Breakfast is
filled with balanced amount of nutrients. Its free from calories, fats.
Laughter is
the best medicine and the workshop in Rishikesh is obstensibly reflects it.
There’s an activity called “HASNA AUR ROG BHAGANA”. A comedian laughs loudly
. The laugh of the respective comedian
is such that his laugh induces a sense of more laugh among people.
An unique
activity is conducted called YOGTTREASURE HUNT. In this , clues and hints are
given on the paper ,people are supposed to find the treasure by going to the
final location.
Then ,
Lunch is
provided to all the people attending the YOGA WORKSHOP.
After lunch
,again they iterate the AFTERFOOD Yogas in which they usually sit with their
knees stretched and perform, Breathing relaxe
s mind and
body Gardening
is another activity which is conducted .In this, they roam around the places
,particularly in and around the green gardens.
The best
part is they get the fresh oxygen while they move they get the fresh oxygen.
Again at 5’o
clock, the evening yoga starts.
Here ,some
other Bandha Sarvangasana. ..., Adho Mukha Svanasana.

Thess \
These exercise stimulates lymphatic system, relaxes mind and
body and detoxifies our body.
It also
offers them music culture They play
music ,but not violent music ,which induces a
sense of soothing feeling.
And finally
the workshop is wrapped up.
This YOGA
workshop apparently makes a person healthy,wealthy and wise.
